In the front are two motorcyclist on either side of an automobile, followed by two men on horseback, and a large group of people wearing light-colored uniforms. On the left a row of American flags are displayed in front of the storefronts and signs for State Bank, Sherman's, Central Light Power, and Turney Drugs can be seen. More crowds and buildings are visible in the background and a handwritten note on the front of the photograph reads "Celebrating 76th Birthday Of Lon C. Hill Sr July 31 1932.
