An upper endoscopy was done finding a 3cm tumor in greater curvature that resemble Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs). Patient underwent to exploratory laparotomy with wedge gastrectomy founding a 10cm tumor in the posterior gastric wall compressing the transverse colon.
