Description

Almost 75 years after higher education came to the Lower Rio Grande Valley, the community graduated its first doctoral students at December's Winter Commencement. Aidee Vasquez and Norma Ibarra Cantu fulfilled the dreams of many who helped pave the way for this momentous achievement.
