CODA The Final Concert - UTPA In music and dance, a CODA simply means "the end" or the final part of a musical piece. On June 3rd, UTPA bids farewell to the Fine Arts Complex that has served this community for more than four decades in order to welcome a new Academic and Performing Arts Center. Construction begins summer 2012 and a grand opening is anticipated for 2014. With Special Performances by....
