The following photographs of border wall construction at Monterrey Banco tract of the Lower Rio Grande Valley National Wildlife (Section O-7) were taken by Lupe A. Flores and Scott Nicol. Nicol documented construction between 2008-2010 while Flores documented between 2009, 2012, and 2016. The slideshow brings together their photos to show a timeline of border wall construction in the Rio Grande Valley.
