In this interview James Evins shared with Norma Perez the experiences that he has had harvesting and how he moved from the fresh crops to the frozen ones. Mr. Evins speaks about how the weather ruined several of his crops until one day he decided to start working in a freezing goods company. Once that company failed he moved on, on his own to selling frozen fruit and vegetables mainly from Mexico.
