Abstract
Peer mentors can provide crucial support to young scientists by asking questions to facilitate further reflection, assuring mentees that they are not alone, and suggesting potential next steps. We asked our readers to act as peer mentors to “Trying to Manage,” the anonymous student who posed the question above. Follow NextGen Voices on Twitter with hashtag #NextGenSci.
