Dr. Medrano presents about corridos and the hero themes within music, focusing on the legacies of Américo Paredes and Narciso Martínez. Includes a performance of \Gregorio Cortez\ by Rigo Garza (from San Benito, playing bajo sexto), and Moreno (from Mexico, playing accordion).
