Description

Postcard of an airplane flying above a military camp [at old Zapata ,Texas]. In the foreground on the right two soldiers are standing behind a row of tents with equipment on the ground in front of them and on the left an automobile and a wagon can be seen. In the middle a group of soldiers is looking up at the plane and behind them trees and a building are visible in the background. On the far left there is a row of other vehicles in front of more trees and a text on the front of the photograph reads "Army Life." The now demolished Zapata Courthouse can be seen in the background.
