Portrait of Gordon Hill wearing a dark color suit jacket with a patterned tie. Son of Lon C. Hill. Handwritten text on back reads "Gordon Hill, Sept 1918. Born May 4, 1887. Died Oct 29, 1918" and is buried in Brownsville, Texas. Caption from duplicate photograph: "Gordon Hill oldest son of Lon C. Hill Sr. The date of Oct. 1918 Gordon became a victim of the terrible influenza epidemic (Yellow fever) that swept our country."
