Public Heritage Lecture Series presents Dr. Elizabeth Brabec.
Culture and heritage, and how they affect our perceptions of land and nature are central to my research. Currently my research focuses on heritage and it's impacts on migration and displacement. This is inextricably linked with the cultural uses of land, particularly in the realm of urban agriculture and food systems, and culture's effect on sustainable development practices.
