The interviewee was Ruben Cantu Sr., who is the main contact for the Cantu family and is a full-time farmer for his and other lands he leases around Hidalgo County. The interview crew consisted of Luis Reyes Jr. (Interviewer and recorder) and Ashley Leal (Interviewer and Videographer). The interview was held at the Cantu Family’s property off of Jackson Rd. in Edinburg, TX. The interview geared toward gaining familiarity with each other and the property.
