Ken Wertz from Texas AirSystems presents "Sustainable HVAC Systems & Practices...Maximizing Comfort While Reducing Total Cost of Ownership" during the HVAC Sustainable Practices Workshop hosted and presented by the Office for Sustainability at the University of Texas - Pan American in Edinburg, Texas, March 21, 2012. Mr. Wertz discusses how Fanwall Technology is becoming a fast-growing option for new and retrofit HVAC building needs. He also explains Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems (VRF) and their best applications to new, retrofit and historical building HVAC projects. The presentation was introduced by Marianella Quiroga-Quintanilla, Director of Sustainable Programs for the Office for Sustainability at UTPA.
