Hand-colored lithograph. The Army of Vera Cruz is surrendering their weapons to General Scott of the American Army, the Mexican flag can be seen on the ground along with instruments. The American army is directing the Vera Cruz army while on horseback. "The Mexican Soldiers marching and surrendering their arms to Gen. Scott".
