Abstract
The Transient Optical Robotic Observatory of the South (TOROS) telescope has the mission to follow up transient events in the southern hemisphere by surveying the visible sky and responding to detection alerts from space and ground based observatories, such as the Fermi Gamma-Ray Telescope, the Swift X-ray Telescope, and the LIGO VIRGO Kagra gravitational wave detectors. In this work we study the automation of various data analysis pipelines and instrumentation control under development for implementation at the TOROS observatory. I present the design of libraries and routines for data organization, archival, and data reduction, as well as a tool to test their efficiency.
