Abstract
This story was born from imagination and a deep desire for inclusivity. “Corazon de Magia” is told through the perspective of Julietta Hernandez, a young Mexican American woman who is thrust into a magical adventure. Aided by friendship and intuition, Julietta investigates a mysterious pendulum that is the key to finding a missing shopkeeper. This story is a tribute to the Hispanic/Latino community- a celebration of strength, resilience and possibility.
We can be magic too.
