Abstract
Mentoring is vital for fostering the qualities and abilities necessary to expand employees’ capacity to lead. We highlight the aspects of mentoring and key considerations for implementing a mentoring program in organizations and educational institutions. We demonstrate the effectiveness of mentoring in developing emerging leaders and offer resources for readers to learn more about mentoring and implementing mentorship programs. We trust readers will understand mentoring’s benefits and acquire useful insights for establishing a mentorship program.
