"Now in its sixth year, the University Master Chorale is an elite, auditioned choral music ensemble dedicated to the choral art and to excellence in the performance of the world's great choral music literature. The chorale's 60 multi-talented members hail from throughout South Texas communities and represent music, music education and non-music majors.
This CD brings together highlights from the chorale's 2009 Tour of Italy, including performances at St. Peter's Basilica and Sant'Andrea della Valle in Rome, Basilica St. Francesco in Assisi and Teatro San Romano in Lucca."
