Description

The community of Brownsville lost a good friend and supporter of education. Johnny N. Cavazos of Brownsville died Thursday, Aug. 16 surrounded by his loving family. He was 79. Having built a successful business and being firm believers in education, Cavazos and his wife, Nena, gave back to their community by establishing endowments to provide scholarships to college students.
