Description

Assisted by the Leadership Ring recipients, Ozzie the Ocelot had the honor of ringing the UT Brownsville Commencement bell. The tradition of ringing the University Bell during commencement was established during the 20th anniversary of UTB as a symbol of the university’s historic roots, as well as its role in public education to preserve the democracy of the United States.
