Description

On the campus of the University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College, the brand new Arts Center is open and the first of many concerts will take place on February 15th. "A Night of Strings" will feature college students, and young children performing in concert and its all to benefit student scholarships. Robert Monsivais has been participating in the Skinner String Project for three years and is part of the this historical moment.
