Description

September 8th marked the 20th anniversary of the establishment of The University of Texas at Brownsville and a new beginning for UT Brownsville. The beginning of the institution's future was marked with the symbolic ring of the new UT Brownsville Bell. We visit with Beatriz Von Ohlen, who was one of the first graduates to earn a Bachelor of Nursing degree in 1997.
