Reporter Joe De La Garza heads to The Hidalgo Memorial Park for the 2nd annual International Cultural Arts Committee July 20th. The Arts Committee brought various conventions such as horror con, omnicon and many more to showcase their work. The committee consisted of Arts and Craft vendors, cosplay, zombie run and more.
